1. No Return Policy

All DMARK products are custom designed and manufactured as per customer requirements. Therefore:

  • ❌ Returns are not accepted once production has started
  • ❌ Products cannot be returned due to change of mind
  • ❌ Orders cannot be cancelled after design approval

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects verified by DMARK
  • Product delivered is significantly different from the approved design or specifications

In such cases, DMARK may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a partial or full refund

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Errors in design approved by the customer (spelling, color, size, layout)
  • Minor color or size variations within industry standards
  • Damage occurring after delivery or installation
  • Electrical issues caused by improper handling or external power fluctuations
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before production begins
  • Any advance payment may be adjusted against design, processing, or consultation charges
  • No refunds will be issued once production has started

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify DMARK within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence
  • Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted

6. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery or installation. Acceptance at delivery confirms that the product meets approved specifications.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
